Welcome to the Corporate Restructuring Summit 2010

The Corporate Restructuring Summit 2010 will focus on addressing key challenges facing Ireland over the coming “recovery period” ahead, with a focus on turnaround, insolvency and recovery. Featuring a range of carefully selected expert speakers, the event will be formatted as a Davos style panel debate with maximum delegate interaction. The Summit will provide an opportunity to hear from an outstanding and diverse group of corporate insolvency & restructuring professionals who will address the important issues surrounding current market conditions and latest practice.

The Corporate Restructuring Summit in 2009 looked at insolvency and restructuring from the perspective of lending banks, shareholders and investors, it provided insight into corporate restructuring techniques and international practice. Recognised international and national speakers included Tom Kavanagh, Kavanagh Fennell, Hugh Cooney, Enterprise Ireland and David Baxter, A&L Goodbody. The summit took a fresh look at examinerships, liquidation and receiverships and recent courts decisions. The summit attracted over 300 attendees from a wide range of industries.

The summit in 2010 will include the most informative and up-to-date discussion on restructuring. It will take place on Wednesday 29th September 2010 at The Chartered Accountants House. At this stage, topics, themes and speakers are yet to be confirmed.
